SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program description
Aprodu Law, PLLC ("we", "us") sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have engaged us regarding their rideshare (Uber/Lyft) legal matters. Messages are strictly case-related: notifications that a settlement offer or document has been emailed to you, links to review or sign your documents, appointment and callback confirmations, and similar case updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
2. Opt-in
You will receive text messages from Aprodu Law, PLLC only if you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and actively select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our rideshare intake form.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving legal services or representation. Individuals who provide a telephone number but do not select the SMS consent checkbox will not be enrolled in the SMS messaging program.
3. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your case activity (typically a few messages per month). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
4. Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, call us at (978) 406-9090, or email adela@aprodulaw.com.
5. Privacy — no third-party sharing
No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or purchased by third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you about your legal matter, and by our service providers only as needed to deliver those messages.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
